Find a missing Console section
Check the project, enabled features, and editing permissions.
Before you begin
- Know which project should offer the feature.
- Ask a project administrator to help if your account cannot change settings.
Step by step
Check the project
Confirm the selected project is the one you intend to manage. Enabled features belong to the project.
Open Features
In Settings, open Features and find the relevant module. For Services, Facilities, and All Bookings, check Bookings.
Check whether it is enabled
An administrator can turn on the relevant module when it is part of the site's setup. Wait for the success message; the setting is saved by the toggle.
Recheck the navigation
Return to the sidebar and open the section. If you can see the page but cannot edit it, ask the administrator to review your role's permissions for that action.
You’re ready when
You can distinguish a disabled project feature from an account that lacks editing permission.
Troubleshooting
- The Features toggle is locked
- Your account does not have the project-update permission used by this page. A project administrator needs to make the change.
- Roles and Members are visible but Access settings is missing
- These are different controls. The Roles, Groups, Members, and Cards navigation is always present; the Access settings tab depends on the Access feature being enabled.
Common questions
- Does enabling Bookings create services?
- No. It makes the booking management sections available. You still need categories, active services, and any facility units or availability required by those services.
