Reserve a locker for someone
Create a deposit reservation in Console and keep the recipient and compartment together.
Before you begin
- Open the correct project in Console with access to its locker reservation tools.
- The zone and locker must be configured, with an active locker available.
- The owner and recipients must be available in the project user list.
Verified against integrate-nekospaze-app at 5d1abe32660e on 8 September 2026. Console deposit reservations and the current kiosk booking-code flow use different data paths; do not assume they are interchangeable.
Step by step
Open reservations
Go to Locker reservations in Console. Select the relevant zone so that you are working with the lockers at the correct location.
Add the deposit
Use the add action. Choose the zone and available locker, then select the owner and participants. Associate parcels when they are part of this deposit.
Save and check the assignment
Submit the form and confirm the reservation appears in the active list. This deposit starts immediately and has no scheduled end time; it is separate from a member choosing a timed service in the app.
Review changes before handoff
Use the reservation edit action when the owner or participants need updating. Check the saved row before handing over access. Treat an already occupied locker as an active handoff that needs operator review.
You’re ready when
An active Console deposit reservation records the chosen locker, owner, and participants. This record alone does not establish personal access at the current kiosk.
Troubleshooting
- A locker is missing from the selection
- Check the project and zone first. The current Console picker requests active lockers; inspect the locker state and the available choices before saving.
- Clear status refuses the reservation
- Review the current locker state before proceeding. The Console flow blocks some occupied and inactive states. Ask an authorised operator to resolve the physical handoff and status together.

- Can I choose a future deposit period here?
- This Console deposit flow creates an immediate, undated reservation. Use the configured booking service for a scheduled member booking.
- Does editing recipients update parcel links too?
- Editing a deposit updates its owner and participants. Check associated parcels separately when changing an existing deposit.
- Does this create a booking PIN for the current kiosk?
- This Console component uses its reservation and IoT APIs. It does not itself create a booking_accesses code for the current kiosk. Verify the installation's integration before issuing customer instructions.
