Book a locker, drop off, and collect

Use the current Spaze App booking journey and the kiosk's six-digit drop-off and pick-up codes.

Before you begin

  • Sign in to Spaze App for this installation.
  • Choose a location with a configured locker service and an available compartment.
  • The operator must configure PerAction booking access for this kiosk. None creates no codes, and the current kiosk rejects the actionless codes created by Shared mode.
  • Keep the booking details available at the kiosk and check the booking period.

Step by step

  1. Choose the item and location

Open Booking, choose Food or Parcel, and select the location and locker service. These labels identify booking categories; Food does not by itself confirm refrigeration or temperature control.

  2. Select a compartment and duration

Choose an available compartment and a duration offered by the service. Parcel selection also offers size choices. Confirm the resource selection, review checkout, and follow the payment instructions shown for the booking.

  3. Find the booking and kiosk

Open My bookings and the booking detail. Under Using the locker, check the location, compartment, Drop-off code, and Pick-up code. Find locker on map opens the location view. Both codes are booking credentials; keep the Pick-up code private.

  4. Drop off at the kiosk

Enter the six-digit Drop-off code on the parcel-flow kiosk keypad during the booking period. Check the compartment that opens, place the item inside, and close the door. The kiosk records occupancy locally and queues the booking update for the server.

  5. Collect and finish

After deposit, enter the Pick-up code when ready to remove everything. Check the compartment, collect the items, and close the door. The kiosk records completion and removes both booking codes from its local access data; the server revokes booking access when the completion update succeeds.

You’re ready when

You follow the labelled drop-off and collection sequence and can check the booking's recorded progress afterward.

Troubleshooting

I cannot confirm the compartment
Select an available resource for the chosen service, size, and duration. If no suitable unit is offered, choose another location or contact the operator.
The code is rejected
Check the six digits, location, booking start and end, and whether the booking is complete. The kiosk also excludes resources in Maintenance. Give the operator the booking reference and message, without the code.
The kiosk asks for payment or the booking is overdue
Open the booking in the app and follow its payment or extension instructions. Ask the operator to reconcile the booking if the app and kiosk disagree.
The app has not recorded the handoff
Ask the operator to compare the kiosk's local event queue with the server booking. A local success screen does not prove that the queued update has reached the server.

Common questions

Is my building pass the locker code?
No. Use the six-digit code labelled on this locker booking. A building QR or personal credential does not enter the current kiosk booking flow.
Can I share the Drop-off code with a rider?
The app provides a share action for the Drop-off code. Share only that code if your operator approves this handoff. It remains reusable after deposit and can reopen the same door, so this implementation does not enforce a rider's drop-off-only access.
Must I wait for deposit before using Pick-up?
Follow drop-off first, then pick-up. The current kiosk does not enforce that order: a valid Pick-up code can open and complete a booking before occupancy is recorded.
Does a success message prove the physical handoff?
No. The flow records its command and booking transition without confirming that an item was deposited, collected, or that the door was closed. Check the physical compartment.
